Has anyone relocate the vacuum pump on the 2012 jku?

What is all involved? I see the kits on Amazon for like $20 or so.

I want to eventually change out my front bumper with one with a nice wench (馃槀) on it.
And thinking if I do it now it would be one less step when Chang bumpers and for right now a cheep mod that I can afford to do now.

If you can post pictures of the relocated pump.

it typically involves unbolting the pump, maybe disconnecting it, cutting off the factory bracket if the clearance is needed, bolting it elsewhere. Google is you friend there is plenty of posts and guides on doing so, videos too.

I did mine in about 20 minutes.

Rockhard 4x4 has a relocation kit that just clocks it from sitting parallel to the ground to perpendicular. That what I did when I installed their front bumper and a winch.

Which wench is winch.

Happens to everybody, including me. Not sure if it's auto correct, Freudian or just a slip of the keys.

Rock Hard 4x4 relocation kit here too with their lowered winch mount bumper. I did not have to trim anything with a smaller winch (Warn M8000-s).

My guess is you might want to wait to do this until you know what bumper/wench combination you are going to use.
