Bad vendor is not JWS's fault. It says on the JWS page that the selling vendor is responsible for warranty claims. Bad vendor for directing the customer to JWS.good Lord. JWS is going lower and lower on my opinion scale
"In the unlikely event that you experience a problem that falls within the terms of this Lifetime Limited Warranty, J.W. Speaker Corporation will, at its discretion, either replace or refund the purchase price of the product. To make a warranty claim, simply return the product (along with all of the factory-issued components) to the J.W. Speaker Corporation authorized dealer where the product was originally purchased and complete a warranty claim form."
