Sorry that happened. My wife has been operating with one key for her '07 for five years. That drives me nuts! I am going to eBay right now for a third key for my '12 while I can still program it myself.
A locksmith may be able to do it cheaper. You can buy a blank key online and have a locksmith cut/program it for you. It's still going to be alot, but could be cheaper than the 200 a dealer will charge. I'd also recomend buy more than one key online and haveing the locksmith just cut the second one for you. You can then program it yourself. Now you will have 2 keys that you can program additional keys, so in the future, you'd just need to buy a key and have it cut.
