I'd say check to see if your any of your steering components are loose or if any rubber covers are cracked and/or leaking grease. Also check to see if anything is rubbing or binding up against the steering column.

Failing that, we need more details. Does it only do it when turning in a single direction? Does it cause vibration or anything that you can actually feel and not just hear?

It's both directions but mostly when I turn right and it's only when I go past center. There isn't any vibrations or anything like that.
