I am about to order a Willys Unlimited, with the following mods.

1. Change the tires to Duratracs (remove stock tires and replace w new).
2. Add Spacers
3. Re-program for tire changes
4. Replace front and rear bumpers and add side steps
5. Add light kit.

Any thoughts on how many hours labor should be involved? Quote is showing 13 labor units at $80. However, I don't know if a labor unit is an hour or what these changes should cost. Thanks in advance for any thoughts or comments.

1. local tire shops... $25.00 per tire.
2. spacers ... the most I've seen (since I was shopping 2 yrs ago) was probably $300 for install of front/rear.
3. AEV Procal $160
4. normal shops charge $200 for a front bumper replacement. The rear should be about the same.
5. I don't know about pricing on light kits. depends on what lights/location perhaps.

Thanks. My apologies for not being clear (but I still think we are all talking about the same thing) 13 labor units at $80 would be $1040.00 for labor. That's not too far off for a dealer?

Thanks again.

See if the dealer will swap the stock BFG's coming off the Willys for the labor. $80.00 an hour for a dealer is dirt cheap. Good luck.
