Hey, whats up everyone. I new to this forum and I was hoping someone here could help me out. I have a 2004 sahara and I am getting major leakage. When it rains, even just a little, Im getting standing water on my floor pans. I cannot find out where it is coming from. The strange thing is that it doesnt happen all the time and when it does, its only one side or the other. One thing I do know is that its comes down from the side, like right in front of the door because i reached my hand up there a little bit and I felt wetness. Is this something that any of you have experienced?

Are you sure the top is on correctly? Are the door surrounds there, and properly installed, or are they missing? Is the top snapped into the door surrounds by 2 plastic.. things... on each side above the door?

You got soft doors or full doors?

Yeah I guess I should have clarified that. This is a hard top with full doors. Top is fully latched in the front and bolted in the rear.

Too bad! leaks will cause the interior of your car to get very messy especially if the rain mixed with the dirt on your floor liner. It became a disgusting mud! Hope you fixed it soon. It must be some problem with the attachment of the door and in the roof.

i would check the seals at the top of the door. make sure that the door is closing up to the top snugly. if the doors were recently replaced the tops of them might need bent a little. replacement doors are not a perfect fit out of the box, the tops need bent in a bit. so if they were recently replaced that could be the problem.

Does the Sahara have the seal located at bottom of front window? If so, you might want to give that a look
