If it's legal in the State you come from, legal in the State you are entering Canada from and the Province you are going into I don't think it should be a problem. I googled your question and found a bunch of Canadians that do it just like folks do in the US. A few stated you needed side mirrors.

I can only speak to Manitoba, where my wife is from. Mirrors are the cause of concern. If you have mirrors and get pulled over without doors, you shouldn't be harassed. Without mirrors.. might get unwanted attention.
