What is the best way to level out my front end? Also, How do i determine how much lift or spacer i need?

The best way is with springs. What do you have now and how much are you off by? Is it fore and aft or side to side? Jeeps came from the factory with a forward rake so it may be normal.

Are you going to lift it at the same time or do just want to level it? If you just want to level it park on flat ground measure front the ground to bottom to the tub in front of the rear tires and behind the fronts. Then buy a coil spacer for the front that is closest to the difference.

I have an inch difference. I am also going to lift 2" at the same time. I was going to do 3" coil in the front and 2" in rear to level it but some one suggested that it might be so far off because my old fr springs sagged. So I should by 2" front and back then remeasure and if needed add a spacer in the front.

Spacers will level you, but the best way is through springs with the proper height and spring rate. My Jeep is level now, but if I add a winch on the front I'll have to get springs on the front with a heavier spring rate or taller springs and adjust my shocks (I have adjustables).

I used to run 2" BB in the rear and ZJ springs up front that I thought leveled me out just right. I still had a slight forward rake, but not much. Now I have 3" springs on all corners so the factory rake is back. No biggie as I'm more concerned with clearance in other places now.

I'm not planning on lifting it right now, maybe in the future. I just put new tires and rims on about a month ago and it has a noticeable front rake, probably 2 to 3 inches. I inherited it from dad and he was the 2nd owner, i believe everything is still stock in regards to the coils and suspension. It has aftermarket front and rear bumpers on it. It seems to load up pretty bad in the front when i get on the brakes, could the springs just be wore out? I think the coil spacers might be the way to go for now, i just haven't had a chance to measure yet to see exactly how much spacer i need. Does anyone know what the factory rake is for a 99 sport?

Ok I just had a chance to measure my tub in front of the rear wheels and again behind the front wheel. It measured 18 7/8 in the rear and 17 1/4 in the front or (17 2/8). So there is a 1 5/8 difference just between the tires on the tub. My question now is if i use spacers should i use a 2'' or 1 3/4 or 1 1/2? What replacement spring would give me up to 2''?

Those were 33x12.5 but I also had a 1" body lift. Without a body lift, the biggest I'd go would be 31 - 32".

Yea, i bought 31 x 10.50's. My back wheel well looks like yours, i just want the front to now. I get a little rub on top when i go thru a big dip or something, its not bad it just can be avoided. I know the shocks are stock and probably worn out, the feel like it. Would new shocks raise the front any?

Does it matter the year of the ZJ? And if I am at the wrecker pulling them out, does it matter what year ZJ I pull the tie rod out of?
