Alright exactly how bad on a scale of 1 to 10 would it be to put a 4.25 zone combo lift and 35x12.5r15 tires on a 2.5L 4I tj with stock axles and gears and such, I'm just throwing around ideas and nothing is set in stone

The lift wouldn't be an issue. The 35's would be an issue on the stock rear axle. The D35 axle is not up to handling 35" tires. You either need a super 35 kit, a D44 axle, or a Ford 8.8 axle. You would also definitely need a regear, plus steering and brake upgrades. I suggest you go no larger than 33's.

It is real common to spend $7k to run 35's.

you may be ok with 35's due to the low power output of the 4 banger, def need a regear, brake upgrade, and steering upgrade
