Front Before

Front After

Back Before

Back After

Had the local off road shop check everyting over when I had them fix the alignment... checked out ok... only thing is my g/f's mad she has to struggle to get up into it and the next warm day those runningboars/step thing is comming off
It feels like so much of a height diff. when driving... I got a little drive line vib. at lke 30 mph but it goes away under and over 30 mph...is this bad for the jeep or sould I fix it ASAP with a new SYE & CV Drive Shaft or a MML which is better?

the 4.0L is too high. a MML only works with an additional BL.

try to drop your TC with some washers. i also had some little vibes after lifting my tj. dropping the TC about .25"-.5" fixed the vibes.

or did you already install a TC drop? then you can drop it a bit more with some washers.

a 1" MML is as good as a .5" TC drop. after installing the MML i could remove my TC drop and there were no vibes at all.

BTW:
nice jeep. looks very grown up with thenew lift.

now you only need some bigger tires... and then other gears... and other axles because of the bigger tires...
jeep...it´s a never ending story.

then add some washers and drop it a bit more.

do you have adjustable CAs? then you could modify the rear pinion angle by adjusting them.

i drove with my little vibes for about 2 months before i fixed it and nothing got damaged.

what will be your next step? removing the TC drop and installing a SYE with a CV driveshaft?
then drive with that little vibes until you install the SYE.

Looks good man. Your G/F is really going to be pissed when you put the bigger tires on it. :D

Good job! Looks really nice. Your girlfriend will get over it. If not, well.....

Here's a piece of advice from an old, married man: Don't marry a woman that doesn't love your Jeep as much as you do. One day, you'll meet a woman that says: "Nice Jeep, Is it locked on both ends? Have you thought about going with 35's? (or 37's or 40's). It's worth re-gearing for. Why don't sell that top and just put a bikini on it?" That's the one!!! Marry her! (then buy her a Jeep of her own so you can still drive yours.)

Jeep looks great man! I just put a 2" lift on mine two weeks ago, I've got a before pic but haven't had a chance to take an after pic yet... Weather's been bad since then. I've got the exact same vibration you've got, starts around 25-30 mph but goes away around 35-40, I called 4wd and they said to do exactly what nicolas-eric said. Once I put my 32" MTRs on it, the steering got a bit more squirrely and it got alittle scary up around 60 mph on the freeway, and with the freezing rain we had yesterday changing lanes through slush was downright terrifying... I'll definatly have to get some winter tires. And my wife loves it by the way (Although I did have to put my running boards back on for her and the kids!)

OneBolt, Make sure you get your jeep aligned after any lift. Even the smallest lift will affect your steering angles and cause your toe to need resetting. There really shouldn't be any reason you have steering issues with 32's at all.

nice lookin jeep....looks like your missin a fog
Yeah me and my group couldn't wait for the ice and snow to melt a week ago when it hit 60 out. We made it halfway through a pond and then broke through about 2 1/2" of ice and had to push the rest of the way through, which meant pushing the ice on through with us... Well, I beat the ice but it took my bumper light as a consolation prize. Oh well, like we always say, that's jeepin!
