Have a Jeep Wrangler Unlimited (4door). Looking to do a 3.5-4 inch lift. What are everyones opinions on the best kit that will keep a smooth road way travel and built for the best ride on off trail?? Rock Krawler, skyjacker, procomp, AEV, etc??
You do realize that with that much lift you get into a host of other issues and pieces parts right? What size tires do you plan to run? What gearing do you have? Suggest you read the sticky threads in the JK forums here about lifts. It is a rite of WF passage-you are not ready to lift until you have read enough to make your eyes bleed. Welcome to the forum!
As noted that is sizable lift so just prepare for subsequent mods. There is no best for everything lift kit. But there are some are a poor choice in case such as SJ. Of the brands you listed RK kits tend to be excellent off road and good on the road and AEV is excellent on the road and very good off road. Both tend to be pricier than some of the other brands but worth the money.
Read some of the numerous threads on lift kits and you will find the pro and cons of most brands.
