Don't post much, but lurk around quite a bit after having my jeep for a few months (2015 anvil JKU sport). Just ordered new wheels (mammoth boulders) and will be getting new tires pretty soon (33" ko2's). I am still debating on a lift, and I originally planned on a 2.5 inch BB. After seeing plenty of images of both JKU's with 33's and 2.5 inch lifts as well as leveling kits, I like how both look. A little background on what my intended use for my jeep is. I am mostly wandering down forest service roads, washes, sand and roads that are a little rougher than the average dirt road a sedan can get down. Not planning on doing any rock crawling so figure I don't need to worry too much about flexing except for steep hills or washouts. Just wondering what would be logical and sufficient for this type of use. Obviously a leveling kit would be cheaper, but wondering if that is enough for more overland type stuff. Or, should I just focus on the 2.5 inch BB. Any help or suggestions are greatly appreciated. Thanks.
