The rules are simple. Tires that YOU HAVE RAN (and/or TESTED) in the present (and past). It can be an All-Terrain or Mud-Terrain. No street tires. List pluses and minuses for extra points.

Here's mine:

1. TSL-SX - Incompatible traction off-road - Noisy hwy ride
2. Interco TrXus MT - Great traction w/street characteristics
3. Goodyear MT/R - Decent street ride - good off-road traction

I'll play:

Gdyr MT/R: didn't like them, noisy and didn't clear rocks until you were on the road. These were stock on my LJ

Hankook MT: Loved 'em, quiet, good traction and cleared rocks really well. I wore out a set (35K) and had new ones when the LJ was totaled

Hankook ATm: Decent all terrain, I run them on my Pilot. Pretty quiet but I know they're ATs. Seem to clear rocks decently. My friend runs them on his GC and they do really well of road.

Stone penetration is a big problem out here, if tires hold stones it's not good!

Goodyear Duratrac: Bit like a mud tire in the sticky stuff, was quieter on the road than a mud tire, looked awesome, was lightweight and didn't kill gas mileage or performance.

Mastercraft Courser C/T: A close second to the Duratrac. Good mud and offroad traction, but quiet and civilized for the street. Made in USA.

Cooper STT: Excellent mud and snow traction, not loud on the road, looked awesome, made in USA, siped for rainy weather.

Bottom of the list:

Falken Rocky Mountain ATS (Wildpeak A/T): Heavy as hell, zero traction offroad, holds onto and throws rocks like crazy, tread compound smells like cow manure, made in Thailand, is basically a bastard tire....it's a HT tread with MT sidewalls. Sumitomo couldn't sell enough of their own name AT to keep them going so they tried again with a simlar tread in a new brand name...and they are selling them due to rabid promotion of the tire to the offroad world but the truth is this tire is garbage. The only tire more over-rated than this tire is the BFG KO which is 32 years past it's prime.
