I love my 2016 JKUR. I'm just under a year old and at about 14K miles. For those who have an older JK, is there anything to do to get these to go for awhile? I realize the oldest JKs are what, 10 years old? I would love to keep mine going for that and then some...

I suggest changing engine oil at 5-7,000 mile increments and changing all drivetrain fluids every 30k miles. Lots of other little stuff as well - check your owner's manual, but that is the big stuff.

Take the recommended "normal" maintenance schedule in the manual and divide by 2. If there's a severe duty situation, don't exceed that recommendation. Don't exceed 50K miles on the drive belt and replace the OE battery NLT year 3.

Thats our plan we're not even remotely interested in the 018's So keeping the Jeep for the long haul is the game plan. Typically we'll put about 10K-15 miles on a vehicles within 1 years time.
