Hi, I had a problem with my jeep earlier, and you guys were awesome, so I thought I would come again!

I got my 1990 Wrangler for my 16th birthday from my brother last year.
I drive a lot, and don't have a job, so I need something lighter on gas for now.

I am looking to sell my Jeep, but have no idea how to price it, or where to find someone to buy it. Could you help out or give me some tips?

It's a 1990 White YJ, it was in California most of its life, so there is almost no rust except for a bit on the bumper. The only problems I know of is the back wiper isn't working (fuse, possibly?), the driver door can't lock, and the seal around the windshield is loose and air leaks in.

Other than that, it's in great shape. New speakers, radio, seats, tires, bumper, and windshield less than a month old.

Here are some links to pictures, if you could give me a rough estimate or some place I could go to sell it or find out more, that would be great!

Edit: Just to clarify, I'm not being lazy. I searched for Jeep prices all over, but KBB and others don't have cars this old, and the only '90 Wranglers I did find were heavily modified, so I couldn't get a good estimate.

Give us a little more information!

How many miles?
What engine?
I can see its manual so that is answered.

Anything done to it aftermarket?

Crap. I knew I was missing missing stuff.

It's between 145000 amd 150000 miles.
2.5L I4 OHV 8V FI
Now in Minnesota
After market radio, speakers, seats, but all internal/engine parts are original.

Well I paid $2400 for a I6 90 YJ a couple years ago. Depending on the condition you can get $2-3500. The I4 is kind of a detractor here in MN!

Where did you buy yours? Or where would be a good place to list mine to get a pretty quick sale?

Other than Craigslist...

I snatched mine up off of craigslist, the guy had 5 calls when I was their buying it!

Try posting it on MN-Jeep.com Forums - Powered by vBulletin, there is also the MN4WD swap meet on the 14th at the Anoka fairgrounds. Should be able to try selling it at that also.
