Wednesday morning: turns over but idles way low, needs gas pedal pressed to keep running. Takes 10 min to recover to normal.

Thursday morning: insert key but full power failure, nothing on instrument cluster and no cranking, thought dead battery but she is good and fully charged with 14 amps pushing. On 3rd try she started chiming (door open and key in ignition) turns over good and strong.

Friday morning: full repeat of Thursday morning but upon startup she goes right to low idle, took 10ish min to get to a normal idle

Thoughts ...will be checking instrument panel terminal posts for corrosion, battery terminal cleaning and tighten, and was told the PCM could be an issue?!?!?!

Sounds electrical but probably the computer is not getting reliable power. I would download the manual pages and wiring diagrams for the power distribution and grounds. Track wiring through the fuses, ignition switch, relays and grounds.

Load testing the battery never hurts. Clean terminals are a must.

Take a look at the idle control circuit. See if the controller is gunked up.

Keep in mind it may be more than one problem.

Usually could be the battery or alternator failure. Did you check the alternator?

If after 10 min idle gets to normal revs, I would say it is not a valve or sensor problem, but electrical as they said. Still, IAC valve, TPS sensor and 02 sensor are commonly to replace or clean when having these issues!
