Just got done with a project on my Jeep and realized that a good set of thread chasers isn't just helpful, it's mandatory.
I swear. It's like 50% of the bolt holes on this thing are designed at a wonky angle and they demand to make a meal of the threads on any shiny new bolt I propose to put in there.

I'm just venting after another 1hr project took 3 hours.

I recall a fellow on here or another forum who spent hours trying to reattached the bumper ends on the 10A anniversary bumper. The issue was once he took these off to create a stubby for the weekend, he couldn't get them back on cause the bolts/holes wouldn't line up.

I haven't have any issues of that sort with my Jeep, and I'm still using the factory bolts the Jeep came with in pretty much anything I've installed on my own, except those parts that required longer ones, and still so far so good.
