I have a major exhaust manifold leak on my 2000 tj. I'm wondering how I should find it and fix it? Not really wanting to replace the whole manifold

Your best bet is to replace the whole thing. If it's a slight crack at the weld or something small some people have used heat activated glue to seal it up. But that only lasts for a while. The only permanent solution is to replace the entire thing. It could be possibly that you are leaking at the gasket in which case you could simply replace the gasket and keep the manifold. It's really pretty hard to tell until you get the intake off and really get down there to see.
