Pretty casual since I'm running solo with the wife and kid, but here's some vids of us heading out and playing in the woods after we got a load of snow dumped on us last night.

Near when I was done I came upon a good sized downhill section that I wasn't sure I could get back up if I had to and I wasn't sure what the rest of the trail brought, so I turned her around. I've got my winch and bumper on order to help keep these unfortunate little turnarounds to a minimum, haha. It's a little hard to push the stock JK to it's limits without a solid recovery method to fall back on! (I've got basics like a hi-lift and chains to use it as a come-a-long and a snow shovel...but I'd really rather not try that excersize).

In any case, it was some good fun! Got some good practice with the Jeep, I'm pretty comfortable with the few mph roll for 4-hi to 4-lo and back transition and am getting a good feel for her! Looking forward to more!

Great vids and kudos for taking the family along for the ride. I know exactly what you mean about not taking chances with the young ones present. Not worth it. Its a much better feeling keeping everyone calm and yourself too when your Jeep keeps moving and doesn't get you into a bind.
