The mirror relocation idea from the doors to the frame below the windshield is a good idea.....BUT......the arms that hold the mirror aren't long enough. Meaning, that moving the mirror forward takes away from your field of view.....ESPECIALLY on the passenger side. You almost can't see it because of the door and windshield frame. If they made the arms about an inch longer in the first place so they stuck out more, it would be great and they would be usable and i would probably recommend them. the only reason to get them is if you want to run with the doors off....you need the mirrors in most states to be legal.
On our 2010 JKUR that we bought new and love we have 137000 miles on her now. We’re gonna keep this forever so i wanna get ahead of the aging motor. I think a Hemi swap is too expensive once this engine goes. Same is probably true for an LS swap. I’m thinking a rebuilt 3.8 with a supercharger...
I have a 2013 Wrangler unlimited Rubicon 6sp on 3 separate occasions my traction control light came on and the jeep felt like it was rear differential was locking. Anyone else have a similar experience? I can't replicate it either. It was just at random times.
