Anyone know why Jeep is including a double cardan extended front driveshaft in their 2" lift?

So if I got the TF 2.5" lift, would I have problems with the stock driveshaft?

Thanks, guys. I'm feeling a bit dumb here, but I'm failing to see the connection between the shocks and FDS?

If you were to go flex your jeeps front axle with the stock shocks, you would see the DS clear the exhaust piping that crosses the jeep. The 2" kit is designed for travel (longer shocks) Lift or no lift, the longer extended shock will sit the DS on the exhaust crossover. Exhaust spacers move the piping down and back (i think) A new DS (like in the 2" kit) will be a smaller diameter, also adding clearance.

I gotcha, I guess what was confusing me is the longer length of the mopar shaft.
