Looks like a good list. One thing I can give advise on is the 4" lift with the 1.25" body lift with 33"s. I have a 4" and just added a 1" BL and its really to tall for 33's. also I had to do a SYE to get rid of the tc drop. I would suggest a 2.5" with a 1" BL for 33's. then your drive shaft angles won't be so bad where you need a SYE. But that's just my .02. Have fun with your build.

With that much lift you could fit 35-36"s. 4" is all you need. I have 3.25" and 33"s. You don't need dual batteries. Its un-needed and a waste of money unless your running lights, winch with the motor off.
And a HP 30 isn't needed for what you'll be doing.

But the hp30 will be dual purpose hopefully have 4.10 and a little stronger yeah it is a little too much lift I was.thinking that a short arm lift is gonna be about the same cost 4" or 3". More or less like a hundred or two might as well go bigger but hey a hundred saved is a hundred to go to the rest. thanks. Ill go 2.5" -3"

Best driving habits will be closest to stock. Go OME or quality springs and shocks for 2" lift. Do BL/MML saves ton of money and will drive great on road and clear 33's and allow flex. If your not off reading hard and a lot, 4" lift is a big spend and will be a handful on road. And defffff way to tall for 33's. I did all 3" JJ lift w 1.25" BL and I am going to fit 35's just fine. And flexes amazing as well as a lot with the room I have but I wouldn't be able any more since it just about binds driveshaft and arms anyway. Be an awesome jeep capable like all hell and with quality winch will get you anywhere! Keep it lower. Do quality skid plates and you'll go anywhere you want or drag a tad over it and laugh at the guys all jacked up and doing same trails. And you spend over half the budget. Then put that money into better mods!

If your on the road more then off road and are only spinning 33"s a HP30 isn't needed for what you'll be doing. The money and time spent on that could go else where. But its your Jeep in the end. If you where wheeling every weekend and spinning 35"s or bigger a HP30 might become effective.
