I recently purchased my 2007 Sahara Unlimited and immediately had a tie rod issue which was covered under the warranty and repaired and a couple days ago my horn stopped functioning so now my wife thinks I've purchased a lemon and she's being a little mean to my jeep. Can anyone give me any pointers on how to troubleshoot my horn system? I'm comfortable taking things apart if needed. Thanks everyone!!

Cant help with the horn but if my wife gets mean with my jeep I will give her a good spanking

My horn goes out once ever 2-3 months :rofl: check the fuse.

If the fuse is ok, find the horn. It gets mud and crap in it

My wife thinks the same thing about my 95 haha she's always being mean to it and trying to get me to sell it so I let her know that I'll sell her car instead and then she can complain :thumb: also Ive never used my horn on my jeep :doh: like they said check the fuse and make sure the horn itself is cleaned out and you should be good 2 go!

Horn dosent work? Does your Cruise control???? If neither work its a good chance your Clock spring has failed... Its inside your steering wheel and hopefully it will be covered under your current warrenty...

I like real maple syrup and it cost. If i have to eat the fake crap I don't eat

I hear you though. I NEEDED u-joints, not wanted. It's regular repair/maintenance, not modification. She doesn't get the difference.

Wait till she sees the axle shafts I'm going to buy when I blow another u-joint :rofl: I'm going to say I broke my axle..she doesn't know lol

She hates car stuff. Oil changes she doesn't mind, but any repairs she thinks is BS. she thinks vehicles should be maintenance free till they hit 200,000 miles :rofl: she's currently complaining her car is due for a trans oil change, and she complained I had to put new pads and rotors on the front after only 40k miles :rofl:

She goes straight from gas pedal to brake lol doesn't understand her car still moves when you aren't on the throttle :rofl:

Just explain to her is that the entire reason that the tops on jeeps are removable is so that it is easier to pour money into them. She will understand!
