I have decent luck with TCP Global. Good prices, fast service and with a gallon, I would assume you can handle a slight color difference?Where can you buy OEM paint? Other than the dealer....
Just need enough to paint two doors .....so based on what you are saying a quart might do the job, I have a guy who can spray them but haven't talked to him yet ....just trying to get an idea of the cost! Thx guys!Find a local jobber in your area. PPG, DuPont, Sherwin Williams...You sure you need an entire gallon? If you're doing just the exterior, and not door jambs, under hood, etc...you may be able to get by with 2 quarts, especially if it is a 1:1 mix ratio. At 1:1, 2 quarts reduced will yield a sprayable gallon...are you wanting basecoat/clearcoat?
Exactly!!!To do just the doors - outsides, only a pint will be more than enough...will even be enough to paint inside and out...again it should yield a sprayable quart. If you have someone that can spray it, chances are they can get the paint...and MOST importantly get it from a system that THEY like to use![]()
I LOVE the Matrix clears! The MS42 is comparable to 2042 from PPG, even has a higher solids content...lays down nice too. They have all different types of clears, and they even have a less expensive line called Refinish Solutions...lovin that clear now too!I have never used matrix, but when doing a cheaper overall for a customer I was use PPG shopline. Their basecoat is good but I hate the way their clear spays so I use Nasons 465 clear.
