Im not to familiar with pro comp products but what i can tell you is, as long as the Rancho shocks are long enough to fit with the 4" coils you should be golden. From some research I just did the rancho shock will be in a compressed state at about 16" or so and will decompressed at 26" or so. So honestly if the rancho shocks you have are built for you jeep they should fit perfectly fine with 4" pro comp coils.
Once again not to sure about pro comp stuff my self but i would search the required shock extension size needed for the coils and if it shows for the 16" compressed to the 26" decompressed you all good!!

I think I am going to go with that just found out that the height of the pro comp coil is 21" for a 4" lift, all I got to do is order the coils track bar and break line extentions and start working on it
