Hi All, newbe / lurker to this site but working on my second YJ. ( Had a 95 but wrecked it two years back . Finally got another (92') and couldn't be more pumped.) Anyway, I have a 2nd hand Pioneer Supertuner III Cassette and 6 CD changer to replace the factory radio. I already got a aftermarket adapter to plug into the factory stereo connector but need a pinout/diagram of what wires go where. Any help appreciated as I'd like to prewire the adapter to the new deck prior to tearing everything down. ( Read: Old cold guy working in he driveway in the NE winter! )
ALso, I'm thinking of tucking the changer into a box under the drivers seat to keep it somewhat out of sight and protected. Any other suggestions welcome.
Lastly, I bought some poly coned Kenwood replacement 4x6 speakers for the Dash. With the wind noise (from my soft top/doors) I'm wondering if adding a soundbar/wedges in the rear would help much.
