Started off with the customers stock 2013 Jeep, Non-rubicon

Installed DV8 hood ( will paint to body match with grey stripe for cust) Installed front and rear Crawl Tech bumpers. Trimmed about 4 inches of frame to get these to fit perfect.

Rear Crawl Tech Bumper

MetalClock Front/Rear fenders with Rock Rails. (this is the grey for the hood)

Installed Rock Krawler JKU 3.5 X Factor Coil Over - Stage 2 Independent Three Link Conversion front and rear. Three Link's 100% bind free design has proven itself to be the best choice for those looking for maximum articulation while maintaining a factory like highway ride and tight handling.
Also, Installed front/rear Currie anti-rock. (Trimming will be done right before test drive) Also, Installed PSC Hydro Assist.

Not my style as far as looks goes, but damn those axles and hard parts tho! Envious for sure.

That's the great thing about Jeeps though, usually no 2 a like. Seeing these axles in person vs a picture is like night and day. In pictures they look big, in person they are HUGE some serious beef. Same goes for the front coilovers as well.

Headed to the exhaust shop for custom routing through the long arms!

Customer bought a DV8 hood and we custom painted it. Did a strip and side vents to match armor.

Rough Country Trail/tube doors sanded and powdered to match rest or armor.

Exhaust

Custom exhaust all finished. Actually for the 3.6 with the resonator and muffler gone doesn't sound too bad.

Front/Rear Drive shafts By Adams Drive Line.

PSC steering hooked up and burped. With RK HD Steering.

Any Questions or concerns please let us know!

Beautiful work guys! Can you give us more info on the suspension? Coilover up front, coil spring in the rear right? I'm intrigued by this Rock Crawler set-up. Have you done many of them?

The kit we used on this build was a Rock Krawler 4.5 X Factor Coil Over Stage 2. Like all the other RK kits the axle is moved back 1 inch over stock which centers the rear axle under aftermarket flat fenders. It also allows for larger tires without contacting the rock sliders or rear pinch seam (we trimmed both anyways though).

The kit is 2.625" Coil overs up front and RK triple Rate Coil Springs in the rear, with Remote Reservoir Shocks. We did not use the RK quick disconnect the customer wanted to do the Currie Anti-rock front and rear instead.

On the front with this kit you cut off the spring buckets and the RK coil over mount is welded in place of the spring bucket.

All new brackets for the long arm come with this kit and are welded in place. The rear also comes with an axle truss as well.

Sounds like a well thought out kit. Thanks:thumb:
