I agree with 4Jeepn, that there are other options. But if you do just want to keep your rig and repower it you will not be disapointed with Mopar fuel injection. I have a friend that has a YJ with that FI kit and that thing turns and burns. The 4.2 can be a good engine and if you make that mod then it will be a completely different experience for you. Also why don't you check with your mechanic or parts places and see if you can pick up another 4.2 that can be swapped in and then put your MPI on. That seems like it would be whole lot cheaper IMO.
