Introducing the NEW Hardline Fenders for the JK Wrangler...

All the precision built quality you expect from Metalcloak, but with a Streamlined New Look!

Just one more option for JK Owners everywhere... whether you want the extreme clearance and strength of the JK Overline Fenders, the classic looks of the single-piece Overland or the New Hardlines, you have more options then ever to make your JK uniquely yours.

A single piece design, the Hardline Fenders are not your typical tube fender... the engineering behind the fit and fitment is a thing of beauty.

Designed to have the most precise fit of any fender on the market today, the Hardlines feature our signature tangent tube design along with the unique and difficult to produce radius bend.

The marker lights are nicely tucked away.

For some reason, I can't start a new thread in the Metalcloak forum... however this is the only post about the Hardline's I could find.

Do you all still make these? And do you make them for YJs?

Thank you for reaching out... yes we do still make the Hardline Fenders, but they have only ever been part of our JK Wrangler Line.

We have two fender options for the YJ... The Overlines and the Arched...

Here is a link to our full line of YJ Armor and Fenders...

I can’t seem to find it on your website or forum here but I found “once upon a time” an overhead diagram of what the fenders coverage was for the 4” vs 6” vs 8” flares. Any idea where I could find that? Also what tire width is that reference diagram using if you are able to point me in that direction?
