I recently bought brand new tires. Mud tires. I had them balanced. I noticed o e wheel has a lot more weights than others, like 11oz of weights. I have just little wobble while driving. Looked at the tires while driving and noticed they have a slight wobble to them. The one that does it the most I took off and thought the center cap was too thick and wouldn't let the wheel center on the hub all the way but it still does it. I noticed on the rotor itself there some little lock washer type things on the lugs up against the rotor do I need to leave those on or try it without them?

The stock wheels are beveled around the lugs at the hub so the washers wouldn't effect mounting...if your wheels aren't and are flush mounted then that would cause a wobble ...it doesn't hurt to take those washers off. Being they are used wheels they could be bent or you may need to rebalance as well
