Got my 33x12.5x15 Duratracs today from DTD.

Before

After

What a PITA of a night though. My new SUV floor jack worked for one tire... Then broke. the stock jack didnt help much, so I grab my hilift... Bent my flipping bull bar, reconfigured it, got other front tire on. Use the hilift on the rear bumper, it slides and the jeep goes sideways... UGH... So i get it balanced better, lift it, throw my jack stands under for safety, and the axle isnt high enough... So i use the scissor jack under the axle to bring it up. Hallelulia... Get the rear ones on. A 30 minute wheel change, turns into a 3 hour charade. But its done. Took it for a spin, feels good and looks good to boot.

Can you give some stats about your ride? Any lift? What Size are those tires? They seem to be larger than 15 inch? I am very interested in how a stock Rubicon or support would fare with 33 inch tires.

well good training better finding out in your drive way then on the trail. when using a hi-lift you really need to use a strap around the axle and frame to keep the suspension from sagging so you don't have to lift the vehicle as high.

It looks much better! Can you post a pic showing how much they stick out from the side? I'm probably going this route with my wheels/tires this winter.

My Jeep is a 2009 sport. I have the Rock Krawler stock mod with Bilstein 5100s. The wheels are the MB Razors -19, 15x8. I had them mounted, balanced, replacement certs, and gorilla locking lugs from Discount Tire Direct. They had great customer service and did me right. Let me know if anyone has other ??s :)

Oh here is the pic from the front to show how far they are out.

I did almost the same thing today. Another one with polished aluminum!!
2.5" Rough Country lift, Ion 171 wheels 15x10 with 33x12.5x15 Duratracs. Dual steering stabilizer also works wonders. Superchips Flashpaq settled the difference in tire size, axle ratio-speedo...etc.. When it's nice, I'll post pix. It's like having a new Jeep all over again.
