Hows it going everyone! In the next week or so i will be trading my 02 WRX, for a 97 Jeep Wrangler with 129k on the clock. So i decided to make an account here with you guys and see what kind of mods and such i would like to do. The jeep already has a straight pipe exhaust, and some off brand intake. It has a two inch lift and tube front fenders. I plan on keeping this as my daily, and nothing to crazy mod wise (i know famous last words) I just figured id come introduce myself! I'd love to be apart of the TJ community!

4.0 5 Speed of course! Guy i'm trading with is a good buddy of mine, so i know where its been (been there with it haha) and there is some rust, but nothing that we can't fix. I will absolutely remember to wave!

Welcome! Start saving your money for the accessories. I have spent almost $800 in the last couple of weeks on brakes upgrade, seat covers, hard top hoist. Now for the bumpers, soft top, exhaust system . . . :welcome:

Well it is not coming with soft top, so till i can save up to buy a good one i'm going to have to make something to lift the hardtop up by myself (no garage to hang a hoist or anything from) If anyone has any ideas! Let me know.

I also have a 97 TJ and i absolutely love it. I have the soft top and when i was first started looking i thought i wanted a hard top, but now that i have the soft top i like it. It has a 5 1/2 rubicon lift with 35s. Winch up front, lined tub, CB automatic. I'm 62 and this is my first Jeep and all i have to say is why did i wait so long to have this much fun. Welcome to this forum. It has great advice for you
