Been reading on wheels but I'm sort of stuck.

Found some online that I like the look of, but unsure of how it will make my jk look after.

Currently it is on stock wheels, on 285 70 17 tires, with 1.5" spydertrax spacers.

Would these wheels remove the need for my spacers?
Bolt Pattern:*5x5 Size:*17x8.5 Backspacing:*4.50 Offset:*- 6.35mm Wheel Diameter:*17 Wheel Width:*8.5

There is also a 5.0 backspace option.

I love the stance that is has now and dont want the wheel to sink in, or stick out too much either.

get any 17x8.5 or 17x9 rim with between 4.5"to 5.2" backspacing.

Ah ok, sounds good.

My tires are sticking out about an inch and that's the look I'm want to maintain.

The 4.5" backspacing would be your ideal set up, in my opinion. That would give you room for other suspension mods, and keep the wider stance without the spacers.
