I've got a 2015 JK with the EVIC. Yesterday I had a new set of tires installed on a spare set of wheels, along with a set of brand new TPMS sensors off Amazon. I did this exact same thing a couple years ago, and it worked fine at that time, and I was able to switch back and forth between the original wheels/tires/sensors and the 2nd set, and taking it for a short drive would make it sync up.

This time, though, after taking it for a drive, it didn't switch to showing the pressures from the new tires, it went to showing "--" for all 4 tires, and the low tire light is on.

Before I conclude the new TPMS sensors I got are defective, is there anything else I can do or try?

Did you buy the correct frequency sensors for your 2015? TPMS from 2012 and earlier are 315 MHz frequency. 2013+, the frequency is 433 MHz.
