Watching this too. I just picked up a '13 Sport that's bone stock and would like to get out on something with it that it can handle.
I'm not sure what the legality of the trails off of Avery Drive are, I always hear mixed things about it, so I plan on just staying out of there. There's the ORV below the Keystone Dam, it's a lot of sand and mud. Other than that, I'm not 100% sure where to go either with a stocker.
Do you live around tulsa? I know about the park at keystone but haven't been up there yet. Actually planning a weekend up fhere later this month. I just recently found a club and they told me about a lot of small spots around that I didn't know about.
I'm in Stillwater, but close enough. I am originally from T-Town, so I know the area pretty well. What club?
My jeep is stock, and will probably stay pretty stock until it's paid for, the most I want to do is change the shoes. I have the steel 16" wheels, and the tires that came on it are pretty blech. I'm not sure if I want to try to put different rubber on those, or just do the whole thing an get some new wheels too. Even then, I want to go with somewhere around 31's, since I don't want to lift it yet.
hey just moved to tulsa and im going on a trail tomorrow with a guy that i met at a corner store. if you know where i can wheel or if you want a wheelin' buddy text me at
(956) 215-6457. my name is Mario i have a jku 2.5 lift on 33's
The club is jeepers anonymous you can find them on facebook. If they ask who referred you just tell em what my jeep looks like and theyll know. I just went wheeling with them for the first time yesterday and it was a blast.
