That would suck! Luckily... So far so good! At about 7-8,000 miles.Ibuildembig said:Just keep an eye on um....dad's buddy just had to get 3 of his 5 replaced by Nitto. The tread was seperating at the lugs on an 07 model tire. We won't take a chance with um again.
I had a set of Mud Grapplers on my Titan before I sold it. They were great tires. They ride smooth, balance great and did awesome off-road. Yes they make some noise on the road but that's what you'll get with such an aggressive tire.Ive been using nittos on my race cars for years n absolutly love the company... Havent had to change my original tires yet, but as soon as im ready for another set, im plannin on gettin 33x12.5 nitto mud grapplers... Im told theyre a little loud on the highway, but fantastic off road... N here in fl most of the off roading is in the mud...
What size tire is that? Lift/level?I had a set on my last truck for about 28K before I sold it. Offroad this tire is amazing. They stick like glue and they can take a beating. On road they are surprisingly smooth and comfortable but they do carry a tune. I didn't mind the noise while I had them but I didn't buy them with a concern for noise. Here's a parking lot pic of my old truck:
And here's a couple pics of a Jeep I ran with in Moab 09:
