In my opinion, any possible and definitely insignificant gain by removing the compressor is not worth the effort. Just the cost of replacing the serpentine belt with the required shorter version would negate any possible mpg gains that would take about a thousand years to recoup the cost of. :p

Cool.... That's guys. A buddy of mine didn't have one and I noticed his idle and ride was a bit smoover (ha) than mine.
