Northern California Trail Runs starter thread:

The idea of this thread is to have a “go to” thread people can follow for the latest information on trail runs in Northern California, ideas for trail runs, and any other pertinent information concerning runs for Northern California.

For those who want to start their own thread, simply attach a link to it here and others can follow.
As an example, here is a thread underway right now...

Here are other examples of threads from this year.

For those who already have other threads going, simply copy a shortcut from your post to here for others to follow.

By doing this, we can keep the photos and back and forth banter contained to your specific threads linked to this thread, and as a result, keep this thread neat and clean making it easier for people to follow the latest information on runs in NorCal. We can’t let the SoCal guys have all the fun, so come on NorCal, get out there!

Hey do any of you NorCal guys know the Dusy Ershim trail well enough to lead a run next fall? Or who I can pick your brain for trail knowledge? Yah, it's not really NorCal, more like CenCal, but I thought I'd ask anyway. I did the Rubicon this past summer, and the Dusy's next up on my bucket list. I was looking at going next September, maybe 2nd week. I know it's a long ways away.

Yomondo, I personally have not run Dusy, but would love to someday when my TJ is worthy. Maybe someone will chime in who has, but like you say, it's a bit south for many of us.

So what you are saying is we should go 29th-30th and the 5th-6th... sounds good to me :)
I like your thinking! Since you haven't done any wheel'n with the crew since Hollister, you've got some catch'n up to do mister! :D I think I already forgot what your jeep looks like, lol! I keep picturing a school bus, but maybe I'm thinking of someone else. :whistling: :hide:
