New owner of a '97 Wrangler Sport (2.5L), and loving it!

My odometer is very faint, and when I turn on the headlights, I can't see it at all, even when I move the dimmer all the way to "bright".

Anybody have this issue? Is there a light bulb that I can replace in the dash, to make it brighter?

Thanks!

not any help, but I have a similar issue only when headlights are on. the odo reads all messed up. I can make it out but barely..any ideas?

when the lights are off it reads correct, without a hint of problem.

sounds like the light bulb is going old.
did you turn the brightness to max?
Yup, dimmer up to max. Still can't see it. Wasn't sure there was a bulb illuminating the odometer. Will disassemble the cluster and take a look.

P.S. Sorry, meant to say '97 Wrangler SE (not Sport)
