I have cleaned every exterior part from oil filter, valve cover, oil pan, starter, timing chain cover trying to determine source of this oil leak. I have checked oil sending unit, oil pan and valve cover bolts but not the source......started this morning and suddenly there it was a oil leak about the size of an orange in diameter with some splatter, that wasn't there before starting! It was cold this morning about 30 degrees!

I believe it is behind harmonic balancer pulley, timing chain cover but it isn't leaking when running or just sitting still in the driveway! Can't see it drip!

What do you guys think?

Typical behavior of a leaking timing cover seal. $10 and an hour of your time will solve that problem. Many parts stores lend pullers and installers for free.
