Hi -

Looking at getting my first jeep, took a look at a 2010 JKU auto with 152,000 miles on it. Body, frame are immaculate, no rust at all. Honestly looks brand new. Runs well, shift smooth BUT the engine has some oil in the front as seen on

3.8L Jeep Wrangler JK Engine Problems

after driving it for a bit, checked out underneath and there was (?)oil dripping from around the seal of the transmission (or transfer case)....I'm not an expert as to where this was coming from exactly but is was clearly fresh drips.

Any thoughts on what this could be? Cost to fix? Should I stay away? He's asking 14K.
