I have been considering buying a 2"-3" lift kit for my jk and am leaning toward an Old Man Emu 2" lift; are they good quality and would yall recommend them?

Yeah there good lifts.. Know several guys running them no probs....

The OME 2" has good springs and good shocks, but it is incomplete... It also uses a frame side axle bracket which is less desirable than an axle side bracket.

Depending on tire size you might need bump stops, and sway bar links would be a nice improvement. Without, you end up with odd sway bar angles. I don't recall what the rear shock extended length is, but you might also want some rear brake line brackets. Also be aware that you might end up high enough to create a low caster situation... It's common at 2.5 and occasional at 2".
