I was getting all 4 O2 sensor heater circuit low codes and based on having folks check out the O2 sensors, it really looked like a PCM issue. So I bought a reman PCM from Solo Auto and popped it in this am. Now I'm getting a P0038 which is driver's side downstream O2 sensor voltage high. I'm guessing this might actually be a problem with the O2 sensor, either that or the wiring to the O2 sensor, but at least now I'm not getting all 4 voltage low codes. Any thoughts on next steps? Get the Jeep up on a lift and take a look at the wiring and maybe just replace that sensor?
