Before adjusting your parking brake, make sure your rear shoes are adjusted correctly. The self adjusters on the back brakes are known to be not very dependable. If the rear shoes are adjusted right, it will most likely take care of the parking brake adjustment....if not, the adjustment is under the Jeep where both rear cables meet the cable going to the parking brake lever. IIRC, 15mm I'm guessing.
Remember that the self adjusters only work when you back up and apply the brakes otherwise they do no adjusting at all. You can find an empty parking lot and do the back up and stop bit 15 or 20 times, but manually adjusting the brakes is usually vest. Back in the day, 1968 - 1970 when I studied vocational automotive mechanics, I learned to tighten the brakes until it took 2 hands (two hand drag) to spin the tire then back off the adjusters 15 clicks.
