I installed "heavy duty" greasable u-jonts about 3000 miles ago on my rear drive shaft. Climbed under to look fo the source of a vibration this morning and saw the entire zerk fitting was out of the front u-joint. So I grabbed a hammer and ratchet set and replaced both u-joints with new sealed ones in the parking lot in under an hour. Made me very happy that we took our time when replacing the last set and cleaned and greased the inside of the yokes before inserting the u-joints. It made this project much easier than the first time when we had to use a hydraulic press lol.
