Hey all. I recently bought a 2003 Rubicon that came with a 2" BDS suspension lift, and the shocks totally need to be replaced (rusted outside, rides like hell).

The other compenents of the lift look in decent shape.

Question: What shock replacements would you suggest on a 2" lifted TJ Rubi? Can I just replace the shocks or will other compenents need to be adjusted/purchased?

Thanks in advance.

You can just replace shocks. You might want to check out other components while under the Jeep for worn out parts and replace those too.

I have the BDS 2 inch. The only components are the shocks, coils and stabilizer if you choose it. So yes, replacing the shocks only makes sense if you're happy with the height.
