Passenger seat not moving all the way up

Hello.

I am new to this forum since I just got my first Jeep Wrangler. I got a 2013 Rubicon. As I was showing my niece and nephew the car, I tried pulling the passenger seat up so they could climb in the back seats. I noticed the seat did not go all the way forward. I tried it with the driver seat and it actually not only pulled forward but also lifted to allow them to climb back there easier.

I am thinking of setting an appointment with the dealership to have it fixed but before I do i wanted to know if that is indeed a problem. From looking at the two seats, the driver seat looks slightly different and has an extra handle (probably to lift the seat up or down).

Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.
