I've searched this forum and others about front bumpers, and I am not finding one that I like. They seem too "busy" for my taste.

Anyone has suggestions for a plain looking bumper (the perfect one would look like a rectangle from the front) that:

1- Has a winch mount.
2- Full width preferred, mid width ok.
3- Support OEM fog light would be a plus.
4- Not a fan of the bar/guard in front of the grille.

The closest I could find is Warrior Products 598:

And Warrior Products 596

https://warriorproducts.com/jeep-jk-jku-front-rock-crawler-winch-bumper.html

Couldn't find much info/feedback about them online, hopefully someone here csn provide some first hand experience.

Thank you.

I chose the new RuggedRidge HD full width bumper. Angles up at the fenders, winch mount, and reuses OEM fog lights.

I have no experience with this product, but the images on the link you provided are not actual pictures; they are computer generated images.

:)
Ouch, not reassuring at all.

Would you (forum members) be interested in crowd funding me to be your guinea pig?

Does Warn Elite fit your requirements?

Yes, very clean look, especially the recessed winch. I'll put it on the list, hopefully I'll find something cheaper.

Thank you.

Edit: actually the price is reasonable. It's $820 on quadratec (above my limit) but in the the low $600 on some other websites.

I had the same problem. I don't like any of the bumpers I've found so far. You call them "busy" I call them "cartoon (ish)" looking (to me). No offence to anyone.

It's just one of the down sides to getting old. Styles change even if I don't. I have, for now, completely stopped looking. I've got a credit card to pay off and I'm trying to decide to retire at the end of this school year or the following one.

Right now I've just decided to think about some old school wheels I've found. The bumper project is just pushed back some.

I went with a LOD Armor Lite bumper to save weight and also have the ability to tow behind my motor home. It seems to fit your needs as it has winch capability and is pretty clean.

Is this it?

What are the "JK Frame Tie in Brackets"? Sounds important yet they're optional :)

Edit: More info about the Tie In Brackets here:

Yes, that’s the one. They introduced those brackets a few months after I bought mine. If I add a winch, I will likely add those brackets at the same time, and replace the Allen head bolts with regular hex head.

It’s a great bumper so far and is really light. The skid plate looks good, too.
