I'm curious, those of you that have plasti-dipped your wheels and had your tires changed, how bad was the dip damaged in the process? I just did mine a week ago, and then pulled the trigger on some new tires tonight. I've got left over dip to touch up if needed and anticipate having to, but curious to what others had experienced. Thanks!

I have had no issues with new tires being installed on my truck’s dipped wheels.

Good to hear, I'm hoping I have the same experience.

Outcome depends on the tire installer. Some tire installers scratch/chip the finish just removing the lugs. I'd say its going to happen on the trail anyway.

It's so easy to touch up I don't worry about it. Just spray back over it after cleaning.
