I've got a 2000 sahara with a OME 2" lift that was done possibly by the original owner.I'm running 30x9 AT's.I bought the jeep from the second owner about a year ago with 45,000 mi.Anyway I'd like to run 33.10.5s but have the sway bar rub issue.I read somewhere of folks using washers under the steering stops or bump stops for a quick fix.Im just wondering if this is doable? I'm also considering a Teraflex 3 or 4" lift if its not doable. The tires will be BFGs ATs for minimal light off road, mostly Highway.I'd love to keep my Old ManE because of their ride & reputation but would like to avoid the hassle of private sells.Hope this makes some kind of sense.
Thanx in advance.

If you are rubbing at full turn, then read this: Jeep Steer Stop Adjustment

The problem is likely more with the backspacing of your current rims.

With your 2" OME lift, I would add a 1.25" Body lift to clear 33's.

As Dextreme suggested, just throw a washer or two behind the nut on both your steering stops. The nut is welded to the bolt, so all you need is one wrench to fit the bolt head. Here's a pic of where they are...one on each side.
